Talk Integrations#

Other Appit apps on this Mac can connect to ExtraDock without pairing codes. Talk Integrations lists the apps that can connect and the access each one has.

DockFlow appears here so its presets can choose which ExtraDock docks are shown. ExtraDock checks whether a signed copy of DockFlow is installed and reports Available, Not installed, Update needed, Multiple copies, or Cannot verify app; Check Again repeats the check. Expand the row to review what DockFlow will be able to do:

  • See your docks and whether they're showing — Always required.
  • Show and hide your docks — Without it, DockFlow can list docks but cannot change which ones appear.
  • Get updates when docks change.

Click Connect. Approval is saved and the connection returns on its own after either app restarts. Another signed Appit app that asks for access shows an Allow access to your docks? panel listing what it wants; choose Allow or Don't Allow.

Under Apps with access, use Permissions to review or change an app's access or Remove to revoke it. A removed app can connect again later. When a DockFlow preset hides a dock, the Manager says so; see Create and Manage Docks.

AI Assistants#

The AI Assistants (MCP) section lets a local assistant such as Codex or Claude Code configure ExtraDock. See AI Assistants.

Stripe#

The Stripe section supplies data to the Stripe Balance Widget. Click Open Stripe Dashboard to create a restricted, read-only key with the recommended permissions, paste it into the key field, and click Save Key. Keys must start with rk_live_, rk_test_, sk_live_, or sk_test_; prefer a restricted rk_ key. The key is stored in the macOS Keychain and sent only to Stripe. Once saved, the section shows when the key was last updated, and Delete Key removes it; Stripe widgets then show Connect Stripe until you add a new key.

Connected services can require internet access. Core local dock features do not depend on these integrations.
