These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ExtraDock website and software. By purchasing, downloading, or using ExtraDock, you agree to these terms. Non-compliance means you should refrain from using the service.

2. Service Description

ExtraDock is a macOS productivity application enabling users to create, manage, and customize multiple Dock presets. The service includes software updates, feature improvements, and customer support based on the selected plan.

3. Plans and Licensing

Available Plans:

• Support the Dev – €9.99/year: One year of updates and support; app remains functional indefinitely after expiration with no feature restrictions.
• Lifetime Plan (one-time purchase):
  • 1 seat: €31.99
  • 2 seats: €49.99
  • 3 seats: €59.99
  • Includes lifetime access, all future updates, and support.
• Love at First Sight – €99.99: Five seats for lifetime use across five macOS devices with all future updates included.

Licenses are non-transferable and intended for personal or business use by the purchaser.

4. Payment and Taxes

Payments process securely through Stripe in euros (€). Applicable taxes depend on your location. Users authorize ExtraDock to process payments via Stripe with accurate billing information.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases include a "14-day money-back guarantee" without requiring justification. Request refunds by contacting appitstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with order details. Refunds process to the original payment method.

6. License Delivery

Following successful payment, you receive an email containing your license key and activation instructions, enabling access to the full app version per your plan.

7. Updates and Support

• Annual plan customers receive updates and support for one year from purchase.
• Lifetime plan customers receive perpetual updates and support.
• All ExtraDock versions remain functional after support periods end.

8. User Data and Privacy

ExtraDock collects basic information like email addresses for updates, support, and product news when purchasing or subscribing. Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in communications. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All ExtraDock content, features, functionality, code, design, and branding remain ExtraDock's intellectual property, protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale requires written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ExtraDock and its owners disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from service use or unavailability. The software is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Termination

ExtraDock reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if users violate these terms or misuse licenses.

12. Amendments

ExtraDock may update these Terms periodically. Updates appear on the website with revision dates at the page top indicating the latest version.
