2. Description of the Service
ExtraDock is a macOS productivity application that allows users to create, manage, and customize multiple Dock presets for their workspace. The Service includes software updates, feature enhancements, and customer support according to the selected plan.
3. Plans and Licensing
ExtraDock offers several plans:
- Support the Dev – €9.99/year
Includes one year of updates and support. The app remains functional indefinitely after expiration, with no feature limits. - Lifetime Plan
A one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to all updates, features, and support. Pricing varies depending on the number of seats purchased:- 1 seat – €31.99
- 2 seats – €49.99
- 3 seats – €59.99
- Love at First Sight – €99.99
Includes five seats of the Lifetime Plan, available for use on up to five macOS devices, with all future updates and features included.
Each license is valid for the number of devices and seats stated at the time of purchase. Licenses are non-transferable and intended for personal or business use by the purchaser.
4. Payment and Taxes
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize ExtraDock to process the payment through Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
ExtraDock offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at appitstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order details or receipt. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Delivery of License
After a successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and activation instructions.
Your license key enables access to the full version of the app according to your purchased plan.
7. Updates and Support
- Annual plan customers receive updates and support for one year from the date of purchase.
- Lifetime plan customers receive all future updates and support indefinitely.
All versions of ExtraDock remain functional even if the support period ends.
8. User Data and Privacy
When you purchase ExtraDock or subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect basic information such as your email address to provide updates, support, and product news.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our communications.
